02When do auctions end?
Each auction has a specific end date and time shown on the item page. The highest bidder when the auction closes wins.
03How will I know if I won?
You'll receive an email notification if you're the winning bidder. You can also check your bid history in your profile.
04What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment instructions will be sent to winning bidders via email.
05Where do the proceeds go?
All proceeds support animal rescue, care, and sanctuary operations. We're committed to transparency about how funds are used.
